On airline apps, Ual has an addendum. Is everyone just filling it out, or can we expect it to get updated? I see the United logo on the top but everything else says Continental which I presume that means its old and possibly outdated. Wait or fill out now?

I'm guessing if there is a change, the information will be transferred or they'll just add questions. I recall a couple of years ago, Delta added a question about yellow fever vaccinations on their addendum and Airline Apps sent an e-mail to make sure you updated your addendum. I'd like to think it'll be the same way this time.

Stupid question here, I'm filling out the app. Is proficiency check the same as a check ride? Not sure if they are asking about an initial check ride, or proficiency, meaning recurrent sim check? :rolleyes:

Any sim ride in a 121/135 environment will show up on your PRIA record, so for this situation I'd say that a PC is the same as a check ride.
