Fellow Pilots,
This is ALPA – pilots working for pilots. And we thank the ALPA staff who supported our volunteers.
My comment:
Put the differences behind us. No matter how you voted. We've got to be United (pun intended) to improve from here. Good luck to us all.

May our differences be fewer as we move forward with SLI.
I wish each of you the best as the new contract is implemented. May your new year and your future at the airline be filled with saftey and profitability for many years to come.
Although we have had our differences in the discussion of the TA, it is now our new contract. Let's work together and make it a iron clad document that we can BANK on!

You are crazy, he is trying to create unity. The pilots need to move forward together, not against each other.

When I got out of the Nav in 2000, I didn't even know what health insurance was; to this day I have no idea what, if any, coverage my first two jobs had. Shame on me for being an ignoramus; luckily I was able to go on my wife's policy when I got hired at Cal. Many other guys in my new hire class were not so lucky and had to pay hundreds of dollars a month for COBRA.
Again, I'm glad our future new hires won't have to worry about this. New guys should be concentrating on learning the ropes, not worrying about how they're gonna pay the bills and feed their families.

Right. CAL would have done just fine taking on DAL all on its own. Along with big time labor deals and 50 seat feed, CAL would of run DAL out of the New York market by now.

The furoughed UAL pilots will forever be screwed by this TA as it leads into SLI. We are not a part of CAL and have been screwed over by UAL pilots.
I'll be taking an offer to fly a new Falcon 7X. Good luck to everyone. You just created your own misery. Most concessonary contract I've seen in almost 30 years.
Jeff laughs at you
