If I can give one humble suggestion.. I think they want to see who you are! I know details are important but just go in and be yourself! The little details matter.. But wanting to work for United, loving the company, and showing them you know what it is to fly without the "I'm better than everyone" attitude means more.. Because let's face it.. We all do the same thing.. Fly planes and love our jobs!! Regardless of what you do.. Military.. Charter.. Regional.. Major.. We are all in charge of protecting people's lives. Not one if us should be looked down upon..

Not true at all. Just talked with a friend who got hired this year and just finished training. Asked him about the employment and he only put 10 years of employment, which for him was his last job. He did however bring to the interview with him his previous work history in case it came up in the interview. It did not.
