Last fall, the rumor was they were hiring somewhere between 80 and 100% of those that interviewed in a given weeks. Of course, mileage may vary. No clue on numbers... I heard two weeks in June and then more in September. I think they were interviewing 20-30/week in the fall... Don't quote me on that.

I appreciate it. I am easy (not cheap) just a Miller Lite on Draft kinda guy.

When I did my M&G a few months ago, after interviewing had slowed down/stopped, it was 71%.

I think he's implying that anyone vacancy bidding into EWR on the 73 will see a pretty significant bump up in regards to base seniority. For instance, an FO who is 75% at IAH or 90% at DEN might be 40% at EWR.
