Since it is a percentage of earned income, those with partial time on property would get paid partial profit sharing, seems like that is more fair since those folks did contribute for part of the year.

Same thing for my payroll advice. No separate payroll advice for it, no indication of where it went, just the amount in the year to date.

Got my mid month and PS check in my account this morning. USAA seems to throw that money in the account quick.
