It appears they get nothing unless they were here the entire year.

Another cheap shot by the cheap skates. What a morale booster.

It would be unprecedented for management to pay profit sharing to people that weren't entitled to it....or would it??

Looks like anybody with less than a year gets nothing.

- New hires with less than a year.
- Recalled furloughed with less than a year.
- those going on or coming off Long Term Disability that didn't
complete the years service.
- those that retired with less than the full years service.

I would hope that every pilot contacts their ALPA reps. All pilots should get a fair bonus based on their earnings and contributions to the companies success. Those categories could just be cockpit rumors but ALPA should come out with a definitive answer as they represent ALL pilots on money issues.

Hope I'm wrong.
i was about to bring up the same point. i don't see any online pay stub for the PS. Regarding my online pay stub for my actual pay it shows the current earnings but on the right side under YTD it does show an amount for Profit Sharing as though it was already accounted for prior to this pay advice.

Am I missing something?

If you put it into your 401k it looks like the amount is showing on the 2/14 pay statement under Taxes/Deductions.

I didn't either. What is the basis for the company arbitrarily stuffing the PS into our B-fund? It would be a massive screw-up, which now that I think about it, is SOP for the Payroll Dept these days

Don't hit the panic button yet, last year the company didn't post the payroll deposit advice for profit sharing until the morning it was in the account. I expect you will see the payroll advice show up tomorrow morning. The amount is showing in my YTD column now but it's not showing as a deposit into the b fund or 401k.

Relax folks we don't get it until tomorrow.
