Back to the question about the profit sharing. What is the official news regarding profit sharing that is supposed to be paid this month? I am on vacation so I have been out of the loop.

HA said about 3.3% of wage excluding the UPA signing bonus. Minus 40% for taxes. Livin on easy street now.

It's posted as a line item in the mid-Feb pay statement. 4.1% of regular earnings.

What about the profit sharing grievance? Time for the guilty party to pay for their misdeeds.

As of Feb 11th at 1745 EST, I'm not showing a Mid Feb pay atatement in Pay Advice. Are you seeing it as a Pay Advice or somewhere else?

It's in my pay advice. It's listed under the line of perdiem up top where it shows all the payments. It shows as a year to date figure. Just a random sampling of my co-workers show that not everyone's has been posted yet.

I assume that is a gross figure that the taxman will take a whack at.

By my calculations, it was 3.5% of 2013 gross earnings.
