Answer honestly. Unless you are a self-centered narcissist. There are questions with wrong answers. If you are tempted to answer yes to questions like "powerful people are out to get me" and "I have enemies in high places" ... you may not be a good fit.

CAL mang, UAL mang, CAL ALPA selected , and UAL ALPA selected. These were 80 pilots that they believed were good examples from each group. They took their hogan profiles and created a "new" or taylored profile for UAL applicants. This is important because if you are the "ideal" hogan applicant because you studied and modified your answeres based on what you learned from the internet might take you out of the adjusted target applicant for UAL. So long story short you are being tested to see how well you will fit at UAL not how well you can do on the Hogan. I personally did not look at one thing....I sat down I took it and forgot about it. My wife thought I was crazy....she's also a straight A kid who over studies veses me B+ Average. Good luck and remember you are taking a test to fit other pilots profile not some psychologist idea of a perfect job applicant.
Thank you very much for the insight. I answered honestly on the AA application personality test and I didn't receive a TBNT but I'm hoping UAL will pan out.

As far as the Hogan, it seems like the TBNT email comes back relatively quickly, but the interview call can come on a longer timeline. This makes sense, as it is would require much less time to send out a form email than to call someone with specific interview information.
What is the longest wait anyone has encountered between taking the Hogan and getting the TBNT email?
