So do you have to pay the $470 to sign up for the event before finding out which airlines have available slots?

Don't shoot the messenger, this is just what I heard.....my guess is there will be a lot of confusion and people will be waiting in line hangry...

In addition, I called to ask and if you don't do the fast pass you don't get seen by HR. Also there are plenty of spots left for United and Delta on Saturday.

Yes, but if you go one day it's only $200+, but then you only get two slots. You get three slots if you pay the $465.....All airlines have available slots as of 30 min ago, except AA as they have no slots remaining.

If you don't get seen by HR, who do you see? I also got a one-day pass for Delta and United, but just curious how this whole thing really works. Can I stand in line for other airlines once I'm done with the 2 above?

You pay money to go to a job fair?
That sounds Hokey to me.
It is a pilots market right now. Perspective employers should be paying money for pilots to attend. The women in aviation group can sponsor whatever they want to sponsor I guess. Seems like a money grab to me. If the money went to a children's cancer research center or some other really worthwhile charity I might think otherwise. 250 to 400 a pop, times how many people?? That's allot of dough.

One the other hand when corporate hiring is the only gig in town it is very hard for military or airline guys to get hired. In my opinion that will change soon as the majors collect all the top talent in the military, regional, and the corporate pool of pilots.
