That's a stretch at best, they were allowed to "flyback" but they settled for a lot less than they stole (allegedly). Still waiting for the rationalization for Lynch making $240,000 as a reserve 737 CA, all sanctioned by super scab Panarello. That was an absolute disgrace and most of those guys throw up their hands and claim they were just playing by the system but they knew full well what they were doing. Just because the ATM spits out extra money doesn't mean it's yours, most of the guys in the Fagone report would be dead if they did that to the dockworkers' union.

You may want to look at where the Delta and SWA CAPT. Slots are going. Those who have been at more then one airline have a pretty well rounded industry experience instead of only the LUAL way.

What is a real indicator is who the new United pilots prefer to fly with....

Why don't you treat your self in a dignified manner? The problem with this attitude is you are allowing yourself to be 'the victim'. Get this... you are not inferior. You just act it. Man up, because the past is over. Forgive yourself, forgive CAL-ALPA, forgive Jay POS, forgive the Arbs, forgive the United guys... forgive everyone but the scabs.

The Present is Now and the future is the next UPA. Which I assume you want the best UPA we can get. Is your victim status going to help get the best?

Since the company has declared an all out war on Denver we should get a 24 month super seniority preemptive grandfather clause anywhere in the system AND at other airlines too. The abuse going on in IAH doesn't even scratch the dust off the surface of what's going on in Denver.
