Base Trade 737 CA

But seriously, you can post your wants on the ALPA boards at the base you are looking. Most don't look at those boards though.
Next time you are in the base you want to trade, I'd try leaving notes in mail slots. Take the monthly awards list, use that to find pilots in fleet and seat, leave a short note asking for consideration of your trade with your contact info.
It's a long shot, but it can work. Juniority doesn't enter into it, just willingness to trade. That is until someone senior to you wants the trade, but that doesn't happen very often. Again, most don't look at the trade boards or the trade posted on Skynet unless they are looking for a trade too.

I think my advice was very productive. Take a bid that is realistic for your seniority of today...not what it was prior to SLI. If that's spreading the hate, so be it.

Not impossible. From UPF:
"I see the bottom 737 SFO CA has that code in the column for the bid when he was awarded. His seniority is out of whack with the rest of the list. Is that some type of Flight Office job? Omar Amiri u280103 Seniority 8629."
Answer-Base Trade.

Not jealous at all, actually. He took the bid knowing darn well that he would be stuck at the bottom of the most junior base for a long time. Now he's having buyers remorse and trying to find a better deal while staying in the left seat.

I hope he finds a trade and you find peace as hate will eat you up inside. I'm worried about you.
