The company certainly is learning a lot about our "take the not so stellar money and run mentality" aren't they? I predict history will repeat itself.

When is the amendable date of the current contract? Why the speculation about everything tanking? How much will gas be then? It's $37 today. Everything I've read says its likely to be near this or lower in 6 months.

I think it's absolutely STELLAR. Industry leading. 18% above Delta. A serious chunk of change. And IF...I say IF the * hits the fan...like we all know it will eventually, I want to negotiate from the TA rates. If the * is normal...ok. Lets do Sect 6 in 2.5 years....from the TA rates.

I read yesterday gas is supposed to stabilize at $57-60 by this Summer... But who knows what it really will be. What makes you think company will want a quick negotiation to occur if the market is strong? My bet is if this TA fails we will be in prolonged negotiations... But who knows.

Got nothing but admiration for your wrapping up the NO vote in a nice, pretty package James. I agree with your claims!

I'm taking it one step beyond. Will the company come back to the table in a reasonable timeframe? I'm putting my chips on the NO. My crystal ball says their plan B is to continue with current book and drag out section 6 to a 3+ year span. That's what I'd do as King.

Therefore, I'll vote accordingly. This corporation had a track record, beyond our years.

You sound like a real expert in energy market, can you please provide more advise on investment.
I heard we should invest in Houston TX because oil and gas companies are expanding like crazy, real estate is booming, what's your opinion on that?

Ok, I don't see where I called anyone stupid in that post. And no "you can't fix stupid". Maybe some deep thinking is needed.

You can guess all you want but you're likely to be as wrong on this as well.

The original quote goes back to Ron White a comedian. Sorry you took it as a personal attack in a conversation that you hadn't been a party to but ??? - explains something.

No, he got hired at United while the rest of the pilots were on strike, in 1985.

It appears you try to bait and start an argument. The 570 were not Scabs but they are all senior to you. Sorry you can't accept that but then again you claimed the Tracy Ace's were Scab pilots - trying to hide something there? With your lack of knowledge of United history, I'm not surprised at your wild claims, maybe we should question your background. Sad,Sad,Sad........
