I had a one-one with a captain at the most recent OBAP in Vegas. She was very nice and welcoming. The dialogue was very conversational and she was open for any type of question. In fact she kept asking, “is there anything else you’d like to know?” I was surprised by a couple interview-type questions like “TMAAT you were stressed...TMAAT you failed a checkride...”. Pretty awesome overall tho. Lasted about 15 minutes. Make sure you’re prepared with a resume because they’ll ask for it...and make sure you know some key points about UPS as a whole company i.e. supply chain...not just the airline part. FWIW I haven’t been called for the Hogan.

I received the link for the HOGAN. I just now took the HOGAN’s. I went into my app and it is now LOCKED after I took the HOGAN exams.
I’m 99.99% sure I passed the HOGAN’s because I saw a screen pop up at the end of the second test that said recommendation “PASS”
With my app now being locked is that a good sign???
Anyone know???

Yes, that is a good sign. After the “pass” box flashed, you should have seen a green banner at the top of the page stating that recruiters review the results regularly and would be contacting you soon. However, for me it was several months between passing the Hogan and getting the interview call.
If you want to check your results, just click the link in your Hogan invite email and you will be taken to the results page. Green is good, red is bad.
