You can, as long as it isn't locked.

Can't say what it would have been like if I hadn't used his services. Again, probably fine. But also maybe not. He will coach you through the Hogan, which I think most of us find the scariest part. It's not a human interaction, just a bunch of weird psych eval buttons to press. He will also coach you through presenting yourself in the best possible manner to the interviewers. That is to say, he'll give you insight in to what parts of yourself and your history to emphasize, and which to soft-pedal. Also, significant information as to what sorts of questions (both HR and technical) are likely to be asked of you.

I suspect that *most* people who use his services and succeed would probably have succeeded anyway. But when millions of dollars of lifetime earnings are on the line, a few hundred bucks here and there is chump change. The only thing I can say with certainty is that I felt MUCH more relaxed going in to the interview after having talked to him than I would have if I had not.

He’s very swamped so he might or might not take you on. He doesn’t teach you the interview per se. Instead he helps you to keep being yourself while avoiding HR traps. I used him myself way back when and so did all but 3 guys in my class.

I’ve helped several close friends get hired at brown; they all used adam, all are here. They also used his hogan prep.

Would we all get hired without his help? Maybe.. it’s hard to tell. I definitely felt well prepared and the actual interview felt almost like a repeat.

One thing is for sure, had I not done his prep and had I not gotten hired I’d have been second-guessing my decision to save $$ for a very long time..

Search the threads for active versus inactive interpretations but unfortunately it’s not a good sign for you. It appears you didn’t meet the parameters to be considered ‘competitive’.
There’s a plethora of heavy jet drivers, many with international operations-, check airman- and instructor backgrounds and they’re your competition right now.
It could also mean you made a mistake of some kind, the app timed out, etc..

Sorry I didn’t have better news for you.. wish you the best.

Hi Gents,

Has anyone heard recently what sort of experience is getting applicants a call / invite especially in this environment?

Also is the initial contact an email or phone call? I get a lot of spam calls and hope I wouldn’t miss it.

I’ve been applying for 4 years now and crickets. Sitting on three type-ratings, 8000TT with 2000PIC with CP and decent international experience. Presently employed on 737.

Finally managed to get an internal recommendation, hoping it’ll change my fortunes. App shows Active.

Cheers all.

Not sure about the rest, but if you get a call from a 502 area code, answer. If it's 502-359, answer quickly.
