As for the PYLD numbers, about a year ago or so, they added a fudge factor to the payload estimates because we were always going over and needed DS to rerun the numbers. Now, gateways add a percentage to their projection so that we can absorb a higher actual PYLD without the involvement of DS.
I am not worried. Yes, Davis 2.0 will probably happen, but eventually the pendulum will swing back.
