That is downright bizarre. Maybe Legacy guys who thought they were hitting the street, then calculated otherwise? Even then, I can't feature wanting to ride out the vagaries of fate in the pax world over what looks like milk and honey to the horizon in freight. Dunno, but if there's a reason in the world not to move heaven and earth to be at brown or purple, my crystal ball is definitely broken.

I don’t think anyone is concerned. Just trying to figure out what they’re thinking, that’s a never ending job. It’s a great place to be, the crews here cannot be beat. Welcome in a month! Beers and dinner on me if we meet up on the road!

No, not really. We’re just being pilots.

On pilot forums you can always find the very best doctors, lawyers, stock brokers, tax advisors and CEOs. ..oh, and sometimes we fly too. ;-)

Interesting. Can’t say I blame them though.

FedEx seniority progression:
B757 Captain: Sep 2018 hire (Narrow body pay scale)
A300 Captain: May 2017 hire. (Wide body pay scale)
