You are so right!!! My QOL at Brown is decent, but I do regret coming here, even after 8 years. This job has screwed with so many that I consider weeklong night domestic hub turns decent 😱. It does give me lots of days off and virtually every weekend off.

And for my colleague Jetlaggy, the airlines have fundamentally changed. No longer dumping seats to gain market share while loosing money. And if Spirit folds, that will only help over capacity. Airlines rapidly adjust to money loosing routes, especially DL and UA. I do agree with Jetlaggy, outside of DL and UA, the profits are hard to come by, even for the perennial never loose money SW.

And Jetlaggy, I don’t know if you have been paying attention to our financial reports, it ain’t all balloons and ponies either. We have been revenue flat for a while without any ray of light at the end of the tunnel. This management is scared of its own shadow.

This is why I give the trans lover Kirby so much credit, he is not afraid to push the envelope to grow the business.
