Yes 8yr pay…. to my knowledge all airlines are like that

And yet, people still show up to class here. Maybe it is the 2nd year pay? Or the pension? Or the 12 percent DC? While first year does suck, the long term stability and benefits is what people like about UPS.

DC? Is that short for direct contribution to a 401k?

401K is an separate, optional, non matched plan.
