Union elections

Thank you Preacher, Munky, and #APCfounder for stepping forward.
It is important to recognize that we are all together and unified. Our union is healthy.
Whoever wins I thank you in advance for your service to our organization and the sacrifices you will make with your family and freedom with your time off.
Going into negotiations it is important to VOTE and show UPS that we are an active and engaged entity.

Just posted this on the BnG. Wanted to cross-post to reach as many as possible:
We have three days left to vote. As the IPA election for At-Large 1 winds down I wanted to say thank you to everyone who has reached out and offered their support, advice, and feedback. I feel so grateful to be a part of this pilot group, and I'm honored to have served it to the best of my ability this past decade. Regardless of the outcome of this election, I promise to continue to contribute to the IPA to further our quality of life and enforce our Collective Bargaining Agreement.
When I announced my candidacy two months ago, I knew I would have much to learn as the election and my campaign progressed. I honestly did my best to reach out to every IPA pilot and let them know who I am and what I stand for. I've had invaluable support from so many people in the pilot group that I couldn't begin to name them...but hopefully you all know how thankful I am. If I didn't get a chance to talk to you in my domicile and sort visits, I hope you take the opportunity to reach out with any thoughts you have for me. I welcome any and all opinion and critique.
Finally, in a few days it will be time to put this election in the rear view mirror and coalesce around the new At Large Rep and your new Executive Board. We don't have a lot of time before we sit down to begin formal negotiations with UPS in June of 2024. Now is the perfect time to illustrate to UPS that we are an engaged, committed workforce. Now is the time to show our UNITY. Now is the time.
With Sincere Gratitude,
-Derek
