You are correct. After reading the actual TA (not just the highlights) you must be on the seniority list till April '17 to collect the second half of your bonus. This gets the company thru peak (no surprise there) and gives them time to ramp up hiring into the spring and summer. I think 200 will leave between April '17 and Jun '17, but what do I know, I'm still flying west coast crap in the 76.
