The B.S. is getting pretty deep around the Brown water cooler. Be careful where you step.

They must need more guys flying extra. These domicile/upgrade rumors always seem to spread when staffing gets tight. How ironic ...

Keep your opinions to yourself.Get out there and
Lean forward.

Yeah, Brown Snowman, he's a company man. Probably takes home a big SIK check in January with lots of "JA opportunities" the rest of the year.

Turned down for management though, they don't hire felons !

Take that snowman !

When I was looking at brown a while back I didn't know a single soul here (or at FedEx). ..or so I thought.. through APC I found a couple of buds who I thought were still flying passengers.. lol.

Many folks here helped us all with the application process and they shared their interview gouges. They also gave us introductory life @ brown 101 lessons.

So yeah, I agree with you.. Having benefited from APC so greatly in the past it only makes sense to reciprocate and to pay it forward today.

Interesting as I've heard MDs will take over ALL Atlantic crossings in the near future. It sort of makes sense. It'd require fewer 76s with sleep modules. Also, the company supposedly loves CGN MD maintenance as most of the mechanics are current or retired Lufthansa mechanics. We'll know shortly..

As far as upgrade predictions, I think the junior left seat will stay at '05. Many long term by-passers are now considering jumping in.

Makes sense except for the fact we have a crew base in Alaska of MD11s.

Yes. And double the MD-11's on the ramp in ONT than ANC. Go Figure.

You absolutely did that for me (thanks again)... I try my best to pay it forward. UPS is a tough nut to crack if you don't have inside connections. Had it not been for some of you guys, this time last year I'd still be walking around in the dark. There are golden nuggets of information and resources on APC, you just have to find them.

I saw that other night and wondered what the heck... is this a crew base now? I counted 6.

How senior is sdf and which aircraft are based there? I live in Chicago so wondering what I could potentially expect. What are the longest trips generally I know it depends on base and equipment
