And with 5 747-8's coming in 2018, probably will see another System Bid in the Fall 2017. Plus the 777F order.
*A330 order.

A330 cannot do what the 777F can do, but it is cheap. So you may be right.

Is 757D that bad? Shocked there is a 400 number seniority spread from the most Junior Z Captain to the junior Domestic Captain last mock. That's crazy.

Now the question is, to bid the Z or 747?

The A330F (based on the -200) doesn't carry much more volume than the 767-300F does, but it can carry more weight and has more range.

The A330-300 P2F has volume very close to the MD11...but its payload and range capability is only a hair better than the 767.

SDF Domestic is not good if you are junior and really bad if you commute. Probably stuck doing base line trips. I doubt 2006 hires will hold captain, as I have already spoken with several people who have not put in their Captain bid yet.

Does anyone know if any of the upcoming 747 training will be out of Anchorage?

DEN, MIA, etc? Not really wanting to go to Alaska in Feb. Sheraton or not.

I have heard rumors the 757 training will have some slots outside of Louisville? And recurrent.

Nice. They must feel great being completely oblivious to those trying to plan their lives on the outcome of this bid. Not that I have a dog in this fight, but for fux sake, tell them to start acting like captains.

Same stuff goes on every schedule bid. While I don't agree with it, they have until January 3rd to put their bid in.

If you make plans based on a mock bid (or snapshot) you are foolish.

Decisions based on available choices, not plans. Why else have a mock bid or snapshot?
