Congratulations! The long wait will soon be over for you. Do you know how many are left in your interview group who haven't been given a class date?

I think there are 15 or 16 of us from the Oct 1 interview group still planning on going to AA.

I am not 100% but as far as I know we are the first 8 of 19 hired in the sept 15 group.

Previous classes have been only 3 E-190 slots but the last permanent bid had several (8?) displacements from PHL AB to the E190. I'll guess 6 PHL E-190, 2 DCA AB or PHL 757. There were no PHL AB openings on the last bid. CLT is too senior to go to new hires.

Would agree except last class was 6 190. Thats all they can train at a time. E190 PHL, AB DCA and 757 PHL is where last bids displacements went.

Thanks Arcto for the update. It's these little updates that give us hope that the logjam is finally starting to break free. 1 Oct guy here so I know how long its been!

6 at a time, including Captains, which is why most classes have been 3 newhires.
There are still vacancies for 190 CA and there are a lot of 190 CAs that are being held. The last guy I flew with is almost at the 1 year mark being held from is 330 FO AWARD.

Does anyone know if those PHL AB FOs that were displaced on the last bid have a seat lock on the 190 or do they get to go back to PHL AB FO as soon as there are vacancies at their seniority level?
