For discussion and sharing of Intel for new hires..
Starting it off, I interviewed 9-10 July, got the CJO on American side 30 July, now awaiting a class date. Email from pilot hiring saying to expect a class 1st quarter of 2015. Was told yesterday there are 10 of us from the pre 24 July group (before you could be hired on either side) waiting for class dates.

Good thread tnelson. I was in the 24 July interview group, and only one in our group was called for a class date prior to the mass-email regarding the slide to first quarter 2015. We still have about 17 (I am not in contact with 2 from our group) awaiting a start date.

August Interview here, CJO signed and drug test/fingerprint completed early September, 1 in our class has received a class date. It seems that some have gone out of "interview order" because of Flowthrough fulfillment obligations.
No idea on 2014 remaining classes, rumor is that they will be all Flowthroughs and recalls.
Hope we all get calls soon!

Thanks for putting this together...nice to not have to wade through all the threads to keep up to date. I am also a late July interview group guy.
Any word on drops this class yet?
I also heard from a long time line guy who knows two AA employees now being hired to be pilots that were called for early november to be assigned to US list going to CLT for tng... Interesting...

It seems like right now they are fulfilling the Flowthrough obligations, such as Eagle's monthly and PSA's yearly quota. I guess the majority of new hire indoc's are made up of these two groups.
Recruiting has been great through all this, I'm sure they want to put some "street hires" in to class soon. Here's hoping to a few of us squeezing in to a class in 2014!

Just got email from Patty Taylor to call and discuss my class date assignment. Late July AA interview group. Got 2015 letter. Was just assigned a 11/4 class going to US list. Take or leave it. Mixed feelings due to lack of Intel on differences but looking forward to future
