Basic Indoc is 10 days. Depending on class availability, the break between Indoc and the start of your assigned aircraft ground school could be the longest of the waits.
Once you begin ground school, it entails 9-12 training days depending on the fleet.
There are 10 sim days.
There are 2 day breaks within and between training events.

GS is either 4/2 or 5/2. Sims are 5/2
So it's a minimum of 28 days for a/c training and as long as 32(?).
International guys get another 4(?) day course.
So you can plan on a minimum of 30 days, and perhaps 5-6 weeks depending on a/c and dom vs intl, from start of a/c training to IOE/LOE.

I am so surprised that the company keeps us in the dark! Since being hired they have not contacted me or anyone I know. We all sit wondering when the next class is and how many are going to be in it. It's been almost 4 months and without APC I would have no clue about hiring or class dates, that's not the way it should be.

I think they are trying to cling to the notion that they don't have a "pool", when the reality is they now do have a de facto pool, but one with no ROE like DAL/UAL. Leaving guys like you in the dark.
