How big is the pool? Some July poolies (maybe half?) already have class dates, and if they held interview groups of 18 applicants twice a month running through the first week of October, it would maybe look like this:
July - 18
Aug - 36
Sep - 36
Oct - 18
_________
Total - 108
This is making a lot of assumptions of course, including the number of interviews held and a 100 percent hire rate (which has been normal) and nobody leaving the pool for other airlines...

All good points.
I do know that August had three interview groups, but I think that your number of 36 might still be accurate. I've heard many have left with other job opportunities and a few of the groups had about a 70-75% hire rate.
I wish we had a better idea, I think we are probably looking at realistically ~75 in the pool.
Who knows...

Didn't the interview groups have 20 guys in them???
Or maybe that was some of the early groups??
Some, or a lot, of the groups had acceptance rates at 90-100% based on posts made on apc.
Off the street is about 75% military. Balanced by the flow's and the overall new pilot corps is running about 62-38% civ/mil.

Late july had 20 with 100% offered. Some went to other airline. About half given class date. Mostly us side
Hard to say 75% just mil since some civ experience were out of service and flying for civilian company for a while FWIW
