Thanks.

Depends on how long it takes after your interview until your Decision Board is held. Could be a week or less, could be over a month. Typically they have 1 board per month. After the board concludes you will get a call from a Chief Pilot within a few days with the good news then another call after that from the People Dept (HR) with the official CJO.

Conditional Job Offer. I don't think they call it that here, but that's what it is. They will call you once they have a class date to offer and tell you congrats pending your background check. I didn't get the background check done until I was in class for a week or so.

There are some telltale signs (at least in the past) that things were looking good.
1. Prior to the hiring board, a pilot would call your contacts that you gave the interviewer.
2. Ronna would call you and ask you to take a drug test.
Don't panic if neither of those things happen right away. Some guys in my group got their stuff within a week. Some (me) took a few weeks.
After that, it is up to the hiring board.

Good luck everyone.

I'm an expat guy. 4300 hrs. in type, 2100 PIC current/qualified. Licensed in 4 countries (2 are now expired). 12000+TT

2 interviews in the last 3 years. One offer, in a pool.

I can't say that it's helped.

Who wants to speculate as to when the next round of emails will go out?

There's a two page list of invitees for May in the pilot lounge. Letter says another list would be published with June invites as soon as they are available.

I wish, as well.

3300+ Military Time (C-130, C-144)
1250+ PIC
737 Type (Oct 14)
Chief Pilot of current unit

... and the killer ... only an AA degree :| ... working on the 4 year. Though I know my flight time is low.

No calls.

Thought I did well at WAI. Hoping for the 2nd round, if there's one? I really don't have time to follow the forums. My apps and resumes are in, and just continuing to grind it out.

Good luck to all.
