If you have access to Deltanet you can download manuals. Otherwise there isn't much you can do other than follow the instructions in the package they send you.

I got just over a month. It seems like about a month is normal. Of course, 2 weeks is the advertised min.

Can anyone tell me where to find the details on the DAL contribution to your health account? I remember the HR representative mentioning that the amount of free money was changing, but don't recall the details.
