What's the Latest at ASA/Expressjet?

Doing a little research into ExpressJet here. From what I gather:
a. Upgrades taking quite some time.
b. What's the likelihood of a new guy with an ATL domicile?
c. How much reserve are new FO's seeing?

A: Upgrade is indefinite...meaning endless.
B: Probably pretty good.
C: At least two years, if not longer...no upgrades mean no movement up and with junior FO's leaving for other regionals means nobody below you to get you off reserve.
D: Upgrades are beginning to happen on the CRJ to the tune of 6 per month, but those numbers won't even make a dent in the number of FO's who've been waiting 7+ years to upgrade.
ExpressJet is a good company, we treat our people well (yes, I know some people will disagree with that statement), our pay is on top of the industry and our contracts which were negotiated in the mid 2000's are better than those being negotiated now. I can't really recommend this airline to you unless A: You live in one of our bases and B: You're willing to get on now when nobody is looking at us and are willing to gamble with the "buy low, sell high" method and hope that this place turns around in 12-24 months.

ERJ friends telling me there are upgrade classes running. Anyone know the DOH hire for guys in class and how far away it is from the gap of hiring from 2008-2011 (or whatever)?

CRJ upgrades are Feb 2007 DOH...2007 was a HUGE hiring year for the CRJ side. As of the May 2015 seniority list there are 234 pilots that were hired between March 1, 2007 and Dec 31, 2007. There were 64 pilots hired in 2008 who are still on the seniority list. Upgrade is simply not happening for the vast majority of pilots hired in 2007, let alone 2008. 2010 or later hire date, forget it. Get out ASAP.

On the ERJ side, as of the 5/1/15 seniority list, most junior captain is a 3/07 hire. And there are 193 FOs between him and the first 2011 hire.
