Second time I've been told that you guys are not allowed to carry off line active employees on reposition flights? I understand the difference between a ferry flight where only minimum crew is allowed on board. But I find it odd that offline is not allowed on a repo flight. All others I've talked to allow it including Delta. What's the story?

They have no incentives to offer other than that.

Give me a break. Your logic doesn't make sense. Just because American does it doesn't mean Delta will. When has that ever happened? Quite the contrary actually. How many wholly owned carriers does American have? How many does Delta have? (Delta owns 9E because they had to to save their feed and bring 9E out of bankruptcy). How many flow programs does American have? How many does Delta have? Point is, both airlines treat their regionals very differently. There's zero comparison.
