Air Wisconsin still a good choice?

If you come to AWAC, you’ll fly your ass off. And you’ll fly with some great crews. But like every single regional out there, AWAC has its problems such as staffing, mechanical, extensions and junior manning to name a few. The grass may look greener, but sooner or later you’ll have to mow it.

You should be able to credit 90+ without picking anything up. I was on reserve for 6 months and always credited over 90, I broke 100 twice. I was used every day if reserve.

New hires are getting all bases right now. IAD seems to be a senior FO base.

Still not bad at all, it seems like at most a few months wait to get whatever base you want. With the long waits for sim time should have what you want by the time you finish training

Great, thanks for the insight...one follow-up: how much are you actually logging (do you call that "blocking")? Are you able to log over 75 actual flight hours? Would be helpful to know a range.
