CA pay starting after OE brings you in line with a lot of other Regionals. But wow, the rest of the new contract. Sorry guys, I was really pulling for you. It doesn't bode well for the rest of the industry.

Fixed it for you. This should have never passed. Obviously the people who voted yes are now finding the flaws within because they didn’t read it in the first place. Just like no one reads the new FOM/FCM revisions and don’t know what they are doing when they show up to work.

50 seat vs 50 seat on the captain side we do still pay the most, exceptions endeavor and psa. Psa has a blended rate fwiw. A few pay a couple bucks more the first year or few on the captain scale but then fall behind. Now that I think about it the 44k or whatever it is in captain bonuses would make total compensation higher the first couple years too. Skywest is nearly a tie in rates. Fo side I'd guess our hourly rates are behind but total compensation package with the bonuses makes us higher. We also pay more than some of the 70 seat operators. I wouldn't call us industry leading but we aren't that far off.

Haha you are ridiculous. You can’t pay the most and have exceptions. That means it’s not the most. Get out of here with your illogical sales tactics.

Did you read where I said "exceptions"...
try reading. Anyone can look on APC and compare the rates. You're also the same guy who said upgrades would never go below 24 months too. Facts aren't you're strong area.

That means you don’t pay the most.

If you're in Chicago today I can explain it in person. I'll be around a few hours.
