UGH. Sound like George Costanza holding out and renegotiating for LESS.

700 is 2.2% higher than our October 2021 rates and 900 is 2.2% higher than that.

Would you care to elaborate because that’s what the arbitrator said. He said ALPA asked for 13% for 700 rates and company countered with 5% for a blended 700/900 rate. Is the arbitrator not telling the truth?

It's Only March 2021 right now... Don't act as if getting the rates based on October is nothing when we have two raises between now and then to get to where the rates were even based off of.

If You can post here, you can make the same phone call I did to ask whatever questions you want. Don't be a troll when you don't have your facts straight. My questions were answered to my satisfaction.

So you’re saying the arbitrator is lying. The arbitrator literally stated the 13% vs 5% thing. Why would the arbitrator lie about that?

I’m not even sure what you’re accusing me of of what’s boiling your blood over me repeating exactly what the union told us.

No. I didn't say that at all. I said make a call if you want more information to fill in the gaps or better understand what you are reading and then implying out of context.
