I never said that. Just keep in mind a lot of us are staying well informed and the AS management team looks like a joke right now. Your half witted attempts at dividing the pilot group and busting the union have not gone unnoticed. Nor has the management teams incompetence.

Newguy you make me tired, I can’t think of any substance you have offered here.

Ok watch... I am sure they really care. But keep it up, be vigilant. Most of the time you don’t even make sense, I am constantly asking myself, “what is this dude talking about”.

That is my guess. I know, everyone laugh, laugh hard, I have been drinking again.

It will be 400 +- 50.... That came from M- and I would still bet that is the smartest guy at Alaska... I still think 385!

Why would the union put something like that out for ratification, what a joke. The result would be a loss of whatever credibility Mgmt has with pilots as well, after they pledged to do everything they can to avert furlough.

Sorry, but your Mgmt wet dream contract ain’t happening.

So the VPFO cancels a bid that was all but completed, submits a new large reduction bid that seems to not net the results he was hoping for and then cancels that bid.(that’s two failed bids in a row for the score board).. and it’s our Union that is all jacked up? Throw in a few major mistakes in Incentive Line bidding and it looks to me like Flight Ops may not be effectively managed???

Our concern shouldn’t be whether or not our Union communicates questionable numbers, it should be is Flight Ops in the correct hands to navigate this landscape?

Let me help you with that.....100% Window-licking crayon-eaters....VP of FltOps, System and base chief pilots, Director of Training, Boeing Fleet Captain, Flt Standards.....all of them....Spend their days trying to get patted on the head by Brad/Ben....Been around some of these guys for 25 + years.....They have not gotten smarter with age and all of them dislike flying or are afraid of it....

9mikemike 06-04-2020 08:32 PM

To be sure, the rest of the khaki-clad crowd that wanders the halls of SEA flt-ops are not bad dudes/dudettes but they are 100% boot lickers......That is a requirement to be hired in that building

100%

It’s a pitiful excuse for leadership in the best of times.

In a crucible, it’s pure incompetence.

This is why management is putting it out there. To skew your opinion of what is a good or bad TA. Put their wet dream out via OTZ so they can get their 51% contact passed. “Look it’s not as bad as what we thought it was going to be”. If a pilot is furloughed, then no TA with any staffing improvements for the company should pass. If we do, then we prove what kind of pilot group we are. Oh and OTZ I’m part of the angry 8. Most of us aren’t angry, most of us realize this is just another job. Most of us have moved on and looking for improvements to our current situation. Some of us have been through this before. New guy isn’t representative of the “angry8”. Most don’t post on here or have ever been in here.
