Its me again, you're friendly Boeing pilot.

If this guy is really is in the training department. We need to get him out. Immediately. It's absolutely outrageous some one with so many documented biases against the former virgin guys is allowed to train them. This is a recipe for disaster.

The actual hypothesis around the school house is: 2011-2012 group of FO’s at VX have been carrying the water for the 2009 CA’s.

I am pretty sure almost all of the VX group transitioning would want me to stay. I think they actually enjoyed my instruction, but yeah try and get me fired… good luck with that. Put in some effort, have a good attitude, don’t whine or act like a jerk and I am confident things will go well… Instructors want to help!

You still haven’t enlighten us with facts. You just said “the actual hypothesis”. If you’re an instructor, and you base your knowledge on hypothesis…. Fantastic. Please add some facts to your hypothesis.

This isn’t hard ‘11-13 have done well in training… strong. Late 2007- 09 has struggled mightily… Extra fixed, full motion. OE… Almost positive the ‘11-13 carried the ‘07- 09’s through their initial upgrade on the bus. Pretty sure that group kept the ‘07-09’s out of trouble while they floundered flying an A320 around. Have you heard of the term weak 🤔 and yes dude, this is first hand experience.

That kind of generalization doesn’t belong in a major airline training department. Disgusting from an instructor .

Not only wrong, but totally out of line. If you're really an instructor, you're a disgrace to the department.

You guys kill me. You guys keep asking a direct question, I politely brush it aside. You keep asking and so I give you the honest answer and it’s to difficult for you to hear🙄. Everyone gets a participation trophy because they are sensitive… is that where we now are in a safety driven industry. 🤦🏼 Actually, a disgrace is showing up with a terrible attitude, terrible flying skills, and expecting people not to notice or say anything. It’s unprofessional, embarrassing, and most certainly disgraceful. So do us all a favor, spend less time on here, study, and show up with a good attitude.
and Barney, when you get a V1 cut, step on the bug and don’t stop when you turn on the auto pilot. And please don’t abort at 129 for a door light😂

'07 -'09's had already been through initial upgrade on the bus before the '11-'13's were even on property. So that was awfully nice of them 🤔

Yup. Attitude is 9/10’s of this job. Show up with a good one and willing to learn, if you don’t….well be prepared to get things handed to you.

Thanks for all the work in the training house… you guys work hard.
