Isn’t that the sad part? I have no dream to fly a heavy but it doesn’t pencil out here. Was told “industry leading” over and over again. Very disappointed. To each their own and if you wanna come at me for expecting the best of this place, go for it. But I’m gonna miss working here, it just doesn’t work for me anymore.

I agree that this will pass but not with my vote. You can talk to a real no voter when you see me in the airport. I’ll be the one with the orange “Don’t blame me” decal on my bag. It’s already been purchased.

It's a little hard to make a case to leave AS for WN if you have seniority and it doesn't improve your geographic situation.

I disagree. QX Mesa and skywest had pay only contract improvements. Everyone is comparing their pate improvements to ours. Ours is an entire CBA. Sure I could be wrong, but I think it is misleading to compare what regionals have accomplished vs where we are.

Our entire CBA WASN'T improved and that's the problem. If it had been, I'd be more inclined to vote yes but since we only see real improvements in 4 areas, I'm a no. This is section 6. The whole book is open. We should be seeing improvements throughout the entire CBA and there has been no better time than now to get them.

That’s not precisely true. QX did get some non-pay qol. Perhaps meaningless to you, but we have some improvements.

So what? Where you been Shy? Oil was over $100 for the better part of the year. It's only come down in the last 2 months. High oil wasn't what motivated them to negotiate or not. It was attrition and pizz poor planning. Followed up with a picket and strike vote. Oil was never mentioned.
