They crushed it out of the park with an industry leading TA.
I could be wrong but that graph is a hypothetical total increase if you stayed at the same yearly pay for the 3 years. So the average captain will earn about 200k extra dollars total over three years.

Rick, so what are your thoughts on all our gains in section 25? Love to hear your thoughts! I am sure you are all read in and have a good understanding how it all works.

But I believe your TAFB will be less and your QOL higher with these rules. Section 25 appears to have all the bells and whistles, possibly BEST in 121 pax ops. Hoping the language solidifies this.
When you're home based, you spend enough time in your own bed.

There is no way that you can spin this that will satisfy me. Because it's all just lipstick on a pig. And we're all still on the hook for 18 days a month - indebted to the company.

That really kills any chance to frequently travel. Because 2-2-3-5 is a barely enough days to change out your laundry before you're back again.

I spoke today with the person you have referenced in the MEC many times that you’re not a fan of. Section 25 was the deciding factor for this person. In fact he sounded a lot like you today. Wait, could it be?

I can tell you one thing your not going to be stuck with 12 days off on reserve. If your are, you are doing something wrong. Reach out to the LAX LEC reps, reach out to the SFO LEC reps, reach out to BB, JT, RO, JY, the PBS and scheduling hotline. It’s not what your think and you have to get into the details with these guys. Mass improvements in this TA. 48 hours ago I was livid. Today I feel slightly childish because of my initial reaction. Our representation has put a ton of thought into each part of section 25. Input from national, every MEC(I have two close friends on other MECs and I asked them if that’s true of us communicating with them. Yes, all MECs are working together). There are other nuggets through out the TA. Take the time, read, ask a 1,000 questions.

You're a dunce. Very obvious you havent listened to the podcast. Get educated before you ramble on about something you just assume will happen.

With PBS you can stack trips and take it down to FAR limits.

Do this☝️☝️☝️. Our negotiating team had help from everyone. We had help from almost every MEC, every other NC and National. Hands down the best scheduling package in the industry. Finally people will be jealous of AS! Everyone wants to help, go get those questions answered, all of them. Smart, smart people got this across the line. Not APC smart, really smart people! Hey and when your done thank your MEC, LEC, and NC!

Probably not good enough for “Brown easy No” but pretty freaken incredible!

Under PBS and the new reserve system you will be able to bid for more days off than 12. Seniority based but still. On top of that aggressive pick allows you pick your schedule. An effectively neutralize days of reserve.
min the mean time before that is implemented
ADG is 5:15, it now applies to reserves as well. SCR you are called out and used for the first 15 days. 5:15 x 15 days=78:45. You are now a high time reserve, get realeased for the remainder or get paid 2:50 for just being in a RAP. That’s the last tidbit, I’ve done leg work you do the rest, there s a lot more, a lot more!
