Does Alaska want letters of rec attached with your resume? After the window closes is there anyway to go update your attached resume and letter of rec?

There is no way to update anything once you hit send. It only asked for Resume. I have always heard letters of rec are for the interview.

I asked during WIA job fair and was advised the same. Letters will only help if you get to the interview, they are viewed towards the end.

Great info, thanks! I'll be submitting mine tomorrow. Somebody mentioned to make sure I make room on resume for volunteer work, they said AS is big on that??

I tried submitting my recommendation letters with my resume but I guess the combined PDF file was too big.
