Seems as if they can be picky... The corporate recruiter refused to even take my resume, and told me to come back when I hit 1200 TPIC. Oh well.

Do you have low total time? I know a few people recently hired who had around 500-700 tpic but their total time was up near 6,000tt.

We hire right at the 70% mark from the friends and family plan...It assures yes votes will carry the day....Flying ability is not a requirement if you are in that group.....That leaves only 30% for the rest....Qualifications are much higher..7-10000 TT, check airman, 2500-3000 TPIC....etc...
