I'm sorry man, but schedule wise, seniority does nothing for us, as all the lines are sh***y from the first to the last.... at least on the Airbus side...

Remember the SLI, what were all you VXers saying..... relative plus or minus 3%. You were all 100% sure. I was clueless. What did I say? How did it turn out? Almost 70% of this company still drives to work. There is no changing tide. Ask Mea25000, he has even better gouge.
I know that you you now have one base (SFO) that’s 100% former VX. I know that the LAX LEC is now 100% former VX. (Why? Because VX’s actually vote 78%/50% participation in the LAX LEC vote). I know that at a min, 2/3s of the SEA LEC aren’t management sell-outs.

Honestly.... at this point, it would be fun to see us purchased just to watch you have to swim in your own sanctimony while your seniority and QOL was decided by someone else. Cause, either way.... I’m good brother.

Fine you are right, VX never had a policy that once you upgraded you went to year one on the Captain scale. The first year Captain pay was never $95hr, get real, no way would the VX “cobras” ever allow that horrendous rate on property.
3,3,4,3
No change in retirement
5 hour per day guarantee
Scope
13 min days off on reserve
Done next spring
Passes 63/47
I am done, most of you are clueless, but dream dream dream away. The same idiots have been dead wrong about everything in this merger so far but yeah this time you will be right... sure. Yeah and how did that SLI turn out, I know just like all you clowns said. Good luck “cobras”, remember it’s a war, stay head down in your foxhole and fight to the death. 78%.... yay, we are the best, rally rally we are the only real pilots and ALK... 800 strong... right

Just shut up and stay out of the way. It's that simple.

Frankly I’m actually intrigued by how someone could have such cognitive dissonance.

“Socialism doesn’t work” coming from a guy who uses the ATC system every day...

OK

Some of us have to interact with these guys at work, so consider yourself lucky if you’re on the bus.

"Socialism doesn't work."

Coming from citizens in the US who have:

Public Transportation
Public Libraries
Postal Service
Fire/Police Depratments
Public Schools, including G.I. Bills
Social Security
Medicare/Medicaid
Federal Reserve including federal loans and grants
Corporate/Farm Subsidies during and not during our great tariff war
Prisons/Jails

All while Trump's border wall will use eminent domain to take the property of thousands of people on the border.

Also, the line "you pay your dues" argument when you're at a carrier you're probably going to retire at. You pay your dues by getting your ratings, building flight time to get hired by a regional to build your flight time to get hired by a "legacy." Waiting for people senior to you to retire or get fired isn't "paying your dues."

With a name OTZeagle, I really wonder if you are a product of ERAU. If so, anyone can graduate from that university with enough money....

Some of the guys refer to ANC pilots as Arctic eagles. I'm still not convinced that OTZ eagle isn't some sort of Zollander-esque parody account.

True Socialism doesn't allow for private ownership of property so:
There would be no commercial alternatives to:

Public Transportation (Airlines/Uber/Lyft/Taxis/GA)
Public Libraries (Barnes and Noble/ Amazon)
Postal Service (Fedex/UPS)
Fire/Police Depratments (Private security/private Fire services)
Public Schools, including G.I. Bills (Private schools)
Social Security (Investing your own earnings for retirement)
Medicare/Medicaid (Private health insurance/HMO's)
Federal Reserve including federal loans and grants (Barter system)
Corporate/Farm Subsidies during and not during our great tariff war (Supply / Demand for Ag prices, food more expensive)
Prisons/Jails (Privately run prisons/jails)

In almost every instance, private enterprise offers an alternative to these "government services" at a superior quality and even at a lower cost in some instances.

If the goal is a complete takeover of any industry, there will be no choice, more cost and eventually rationing of services. It's inevitable in every society that's moved away from capitalism and towards socialism.

Now if you just say, hey we want to tax productive people and provide these free services for the poor/indigent/or just plain lazy(those who choose not to work as the GND states), then make that argument.

Socialism doesn't work better than free enterprise. No doubt private ATC would charge users appropriate fees and update the system at a much more rapid pace. Without washing the money thru a DC bureaucracy it would be amazing to see how much of the taxes that currently go onto an airline ticket would be able to modernize the system.

You mean without wasting money on safety and the well being of their employees. Like our two favorite companies: Boeing and Alaska airlines. Bonuses and stock buybacks while they decrease compensation and outsource everything possible...
