I don't know why people get antsy for their phone to ring every time they go to a job fair or put in an application somewhere. Alaska will receive at least ten and probably more than fifteen applications for every position they will fill from this application window. It’s actually 23.14 applicants for every position. 108 hired from the last window and 2500 applied
