We have almost identical work rules to Delta!

OK W2 2018 406k plus 8,500 in 401k and a fully funded A-plan

Our work rules aren’t even in the same ballpark as Delta... Hell, the work rules weren’t even in the same ballpark as VX

Ok where is the difference... the only one is we have a 5hr average duty guarantee and they have a 5:15 hr average per day guarantee..PENNIES! Go look at there lines. I have..our top 10% is better 90-20% is the exact same and there bottom 20 percent is better then ours. I actually look at there lines each month. But I know you just feel there work rules are better, you feel there lines are better. Go with facts not feelings. What was the average days off in March for DAL 737 SEA? And what was Alaska’s oh 😱. But I feel I feel!

I timed out with 1,000 and about 30% of that was premium.
I worked hard but I worked smart too. Why work for straight pay?

I think my average credit per month was just under 125 including vacation

Really, do delta reserves get blocks of hours off or do they get days off, like every other airline even the regionals? Do they have PBS and are able to build their own line? Do they get uniform allowance? (Like a regional). Do they have commutable pairings? Do they stay in the shilo? Do you really compare Alaska to delta? I compare it to sun country.

Reserve are we talking about reserve... really. SWA stays at the Shilo. PBS yeah that will happen. I will do everything I can to make sure we never have PBS. Yeah we don’t have many commutable pairings because Alaska doesn’t want commuters.

You know what is awesome? I get to spend my money on whatever I want. That’s the beauty of it, it’s mine. If your so smart why haven’t you attained something other then a monthly check and a **** poor attitude? SO THERE!

You should go guard, guard... that would be a great place for you
