A pending merger with UAL is probably the only thing that would keep an Alaska FO with an offer from DAL or FDX or AAL from bailing as fast as possible. Which might be why you're posting this? 🤔 Doing your part to try to keep the attrition to a manageable level by dangling the possibility of some future for Alaska other than pure fetid garbage?

Unless you’re BM or the BOD you haven’t seen anything.

I have become rather suspicious of this too. Sure OTZ is right about things we are going to hear about in a few weeks anyway like bids, bases, displacements, and such. That gives him just enough credibility that readers will listen when he posts his merger propaganda to a group that is desperate for some kind of improvement.

Keep on posting Ala5ka!
Except......if he's left and posting as if he's still employed here, he's not giving you a perspective of how his decision to leave has worked out for him. He's spent 3 years giving a false perspective, that you as an actual employee, already have....not too helpful for pilots here, wondering how things are at other airlines, now is it... pretty pathetic really

I'm gonna call it now, so I'll be officially right.

AS is gonna merge/buy/acquire by one of the following: American, Delta, United, Southwest, Hawaiian, jetBlue, Spirit, Frontier, Allegiant, Sun Country, Avelo, Breeze, or airBahn.

And just to be really safe, either Mesa or Skywest.

Fair enough. TBH, outside of OTZ Eagle I haven’t paid close enough attention to really differentiate between the various posters on these
forums. (Kind of hard to not to differentiate him!) Anyway, please keep posting but there’s no reason for anyone to misrepresent themselves.

Don't forget, go it alone. He also said recently that Ben was hell bent on staying independent. So on top of all the imminent mergers, acquisitions and buy outs, he has very good info that we're going it alone. Way to cover your six OTZ!
