What are your stats?

Is there anything special on your resume? (Military, internal, etc)

From when you submitted your app, how long did it take them to reach out?

Also,
For any recruiters on here, how can an applicant make himself/herself stand out?

I currently have 2,100TT 500 turbine, regional FO , with an internal rec from a current pilot.
I have about 3000 TT and 2500 ME Jet PIC. I got a call the day after I submitted the app. This was a couple weeks ago. No invite for an interview yet.

You're qualified to work here... what do you mean you got a call but no interview? What did the call entail? Resume review?

..Yet... They said they were doing a lot of phone screens and would be doing interview invites later in the month. Yes, resume review and also talk about an Alaska value, and Why Alaska? I was prepared, but I have a flying gap of several years although I am about to finish 767 training at a large ACMI carrier.

3,500TT, 2,000 turbine, RJ CA, two types, and an internal rec. took me about a year of applying before I had someone get hired and leave my resume on Ron’s desk as well as an internal rec. My new hire class and interview group consisted of predominantly regional FO’s and corporate folks. About a 50/50 split.

Default 1000hr turbine

In an environment where everyone is lowering their minimums, why did Alaska raise them? What’s special about Alaska. Does anyone know what caused this to happen?

I think they lowered the TT requirement (but added the turbine requirement).
