what do you mean by "legacy rates"? do you mean the same snap up rates as DL/UA/AA?

Been awful quiet over here lately.

I'm told the führer has been deposed. Andrew removed from office with federal criminal charges likely along with KS. Been ordered by the company to report to training. Hope he likes Punta Gorda. That commute is going to be a beotch though. I hear O'Brien is pi$$ed and wants to make an example of AR for giving IBT a black eye. Ouch. What's the line in Vegas on how long before the company fires him as well?

Local in trusteeship and being rebuilt from the ground up.

Hoping you guys can get some competent people in charge now and get the contract you deserve. It's a shame he was allowed to rip the pilot group and the union and the company off for so long.

It is pretty amazing how the fanboys just disappeared with their "hard evidence" and lies that were directly coming from AR. As far as AR attenind initial, that should've started last Monday; he's yet to show. Taking advantage of all that sick time I pressume. There's going to be a final hearing on April 27th, from what I understand the hammer is really going to come down. Rumor has it that none of the 6 under the hammer are planning on showing up to the hearing. The most insane part is that it appears that the 6 are still telling others that the "truth" is going to come out and they're all going to be exonerated. They are also saying that they had all the receipts but weren't allowed to turn them in... uhuh.

The fact the official 2118 Pilot page is still under the grip of AR, bc he's refusing to turn in the "keys" tells you the vast delusion the guy is living under. Fact is what they all did was borderline criminal (criminal to some). So I'm sure some are going to have to answer to Johnny Law at some point. A few have lawyered up apparently. Tomorrow's zoom call with O'Brien tomorrow will be interesting to say the least. Looking forward to hearing more facts and plans for this local.

I think it's time for you guys to get a lot more vocal about AR facing justice and turning over all IBT property including the keys to the "virtual union hall" he used to brag about. The teleconfence with O'Brien would be a good place to start.

Also, the silence from the AR fanboys like Tom and Jim Rockwood and Cub and Skyking 310 have been deafening. Since they are all insiders and co-conspirators I bet they're wondering if they'll get named in indictments too. I know I'd be worried if I were them.

If not, tell us what you know! You left us all hanging.

I have seen/heard about screenshots from you guys about proposed pay rates that the "company offered" apparently. VERY close to legacy rates, but I am assuming it was false as I haven't seen/heard anything from an actual allegiant pilot and nothing is here on the forums.

I've seen what you're talking about before and there are a few reasons why I do think it's legit. Hopefully we can get some decent work rules and rigs to go with those rates.

The doc floating around with the rates is innacurate, but "close" from what I've heard; whatever that means. As far as the rest, the current negotiations team leadership is well aware of what's needed and has stated that they will seek industry leading. Shawn O'Brien stated this too in his intro yesterday. So we'll see. One thing is for sure, communications and a broad amount of things are a 1000% improvement from the last trash we were getting that a few were more than happy to not only accept, but even defend here.

Yes and I will be back, this hearing coming up is just a formality and we will be reinstated.

unfortunately the ship sailed on industry leading. When your direct competitor and closest peer airline is furloughing pilots - not the best time to ask for legacy rates plus $1.

Andrew and his cronies screwed us, we should have gotten an AIP on rates when we had all the leverage instead of moaning about union business for 11 months.
