Today? More like EVERY day. The most profitable airline in the biz can't hire or invest in an IT department? Tsk tsk. Such a shame. Year after year, employees complaints fall on deaf ears as they suffer the jaw-droopingly archaic and cheap IT support. Now management comes running to the injured for help and none is forthcoming. If anything, people are adding to their nightmare by calling in sick. No love? awww, so sorry. 5 years ago people would be lining up to help, for straight time. Now they won't help for double time with a day off. If that's not a clear message of resolve, I don't know what is. Management now gets to suffer their greed, arrogance and disregard and it's costing them BIG. It won't be the pain and suffering of the people, but the impact to the purse that will get them to fix their nightmare. So sad it's the ONLY thing they understand.

I’ll volunteer when g4 management stops stone walling negotiations. This is a good example of what the line pilot experiences every day. Today it’s so undeniable they have to cry out.

A blown engine here. A blown engine there. Now a blown computer. Very representative to how neglected the entire operation is.

Besides, if they actually flew with the line pukes, how would you know that they are more important than everyone else?
