When you talk about the staffing, are there people actually sitting on reserve? I keep hearing how they can't fill all the flights...

That depends on the base and the aircraft. Some bases don't have anyone on reserve. Some bases have one or two people on some days of the week. Sanford might have a few more, I don't know. Under the new scheduling software, we can't see how many or who is on reserve.

Anyone know just what they are looking for or what kind of experience they are getting? I received the TBNT email a month ago and I live within 45 minutes of two of their more junior bases, am current on the aircraft with some internal recs.

Did you get a phone interview or face to face? I got the TBNT 2 times in the past. This time I had 2 internal rec and I got a call less than a week after my 2nd internal rec walk my stuff in. I'm not sure what they are looking for but, I think the 2nd internal rec made a difference.

It also depends on who recommends you.

I've had two guys walk my resume in, one has been there less than a year and another that's been there for a long time. Neither has had any problems with the company and both are good guys. The only thing I've received back from Allegiant is a TBNT email. Thinking about trying that job fair this month to see if that helps.

I still haven't heard anything back. Applied at the beginning of this window and no word. I am assuming no word is better than a TBNT. I applied last year and got the TBNT, hoping with more time and a type rating I would get a response.
