Being that one engine issue and air return that I've had personally isn't even listed should tell you that the list just scratches the surface.

Hi Allegiant pilots (and probably some mgmt trolls),
Even though I'm employed elsewhere, I've enjoyed following your thread for some time (Especially after someone foolishly posts "I'm too busy to read the entire thread, but what are your junior bases and how fast can I upgrade?"). In all seriousness though, I'm amazed that the company still plans for upwards of 15% growth for this year and the stock price continues to recover from the near strike in April. With all of your maintenance struggles, waves of flight cancellations, growing pilot exodus (CLMP?), and toxic relations with mgmt I don't see how the company can do it. Outsourcing flying is part of the answer I gather. But short of a Valujet type accident which exposes the truth (God forbid), it seems like Wall Street is completely suckered by management's rosy outlook.
My question is, when does the music stop? An NMB release is an obvious answer, but it seems the deck has been stacked against your pilot group for another couple of years. I'm aware of at least two recent episodes of 6+ flight cancellations on a single day. Were they really caused by maintenance issues? Could it have been an inability to staff or outsource? Maybe hitting 117 limits? I think mgmt has not been telling the truth (as if they would ever lie!). Feel free to PM me if you don't want to post in an open forum (as such, I automatically assume it is not caused by any sort of IBT organized action since the court specifically prohibited it and IBT is law abiding and good to its word. So any trolls trying to feed lawyers can just keep your traps shut.).
BTW - Someone's gotta get a picture of "Us vs. Them" and post it. Even though you guys are not ALPA, if you guys finally get released I'll be happy to join you on the line down on Town Center (I hope it doesn't come during summertime!). Watching you guys struggle has given me a new found respect for organized labor.

The beauty of Allegiant is that there will never be an illegal pilot job action for two reasons. First, most of the Allegiant pilots are professionals and take pride in their job performance. Second (and most important), is that they don't HAVE to. Without the constant pilot intervention, the operation tends to grind to a halt on its own accord.

Appears that if said hats were actually worn, they actually come from a company called Us Versus Them... Either way, not a classy move.

You never did answer what regional you want to hang out at tell a Legacy calls you. You did however get the mod to delete your reply which was very enlightening about you, not me.
I just call out the absurd remarks made on this thread. There's real stuff to complain about without going off into la la land. You tell people to stay at a regional... But you won't leave here for a regional ....
Hypocritical? Is that the right word? What would you call it?

Hey MG....stop trolling the forums and get out and see what's going on at the airport. Haven't seen you in LAS for over a year.

This sounds almost exactly like our system CP talking in my last recurrent class. Attacking people for saying that the place has safety issues that need to be addressed by saying, "if you don't like it maybe G4 isn't the right place for you." He then would follow up by dropping a couple F bombs then storms out of the room saying he's got fires he needs to put out. (For those of you not working here this is not exaggerated) With that level of professionalism I wouldn't be surprised if he's posting on these boards. Now we all know why we can't get a response to an email.

If so, maybe he'd better REALLY think of changing that hair style before Allegiant goes belly up and he is forced to return to AA....
After this debacle of kicking all of his pilots in the sack, I doubt he'd have a good homecoming over there.....

Hahaha! Did I not call him out a few pages ago! The one and only MG is trolling the forums. I had heard before that him or one of his minions (office FOs) would read all these posts and report back to him....
MG you don't need to go to AA anytime soon. You got a good gig man, you got a good gig!!! These are good problems to have!!!
Oh and for the record, yes, I was in a recurrent class when he said all that and very "professionally" thew F bombs all over the place. He also told a few CAs who brought up issues that they should just go to SW and that he would write them a letter of recommendation......
All you regional guys, still wondering how to get in to this marvelous place?? Take it from a guy who left, wait it out for Jetblue or Spirit or a Legacy.....
