BTW, who are you, AAY management? Why would you ask such a question rather than acknowledge the problem?
No, but I know there are always options and if your life is in danger then nothing else matters. And yes, homeless on the street is better than dead. At least it is to me.

I don't understand how the FAA allows them to carry on this way? Spirit was almost grounded over torn seats.......

I'll tell you what, if I was in the hiring department at a major that operated MD-80's, I'd hire every Allegiant pilot that applied.

They are obviously experts at saving the day.

Keep up the good work guys. Lesser pilots would be killing 150 passengers every day.

It's crazy how much trust we have in the system.

Fixed it for you.

The reason I said "maintenance" is because I'm more concerned by defect caused by maintenance personnel. I'm always most concerned with picking up an aircraft from heavy maintenance.

Good job to the pilots!!! And all the others who've had inflight emergencies at Allegiant lately. Hopefully, things get fixed before the odds become to great to overcome.

Speaking of Airbus, are there any Bus Pilots that would care to share their perspective of flying for G4 on the Airbus vs. MD80? I know the MD80 operation well and I'm looking for a change - I'm hoping the Airbus offers that bump in QOL & frankly more enjoyable flying days.

Thanks for any insight.

Well.....do you see any headlines for smoke, engine failures, flight control failures, overheated airplanes or other general malaise involving Allegiant airbusses? There's your answer!
