After reading all of this I'm about ready to cancel my interview with them and just take my chances with a regional!

We just had a guy who was a direct entry Captain at my MD-11 Part 121 ACMI Carrier with home basing leave for Allegiant after spending a month flying for us. I never met the guy, but he's nuts as far as I'm concerned. I wouldn't be surprised if he follows this thread so I have to ask, "w t f were you thinking dude?!".

I have an interview scheduled for 7:30 am. Any idea when to expect to be finished by? I am trying to plan my commute.

I would-I did the same thing with a regional a long time ago that had an unorganized HR department. I said to just remove my name from the interview--best decision I ever made.

As an alternative, try looking for a corporate gig, if you don't mind flying a Metro I've heard of a few places in TX that are paying 80k/yr. It's tough flying and not a shiny jet, but you don't have to deal with half the BS. AMF is hard up for Captains and is paying 60-70. PSA and TSA are hiring DE CA's right now, Compass is very close to hiring DE CA's and have a quick upgrade. All of the above are a better deal than here.
Good luck to you.

You'll also have trouble raising a family if you destroy your career because of a violation, or you get fired for doing the right thing. Good luck getting hired after that. We have no Union protections whatsoever, a couple careers have already been ruined here. Or even worse, your involved in a fatal accident.
